think about Bondi Beach, you will realise that you hardly ever see a fat person
on the beach. Australians, especially in Sydney and in the beach areas, take
their bodies seriously. People like to eat well and there is an enormous amount
of emphasis put on fitness, be it jogging, walking, cycling, gym, boxing, yoga,
Pilates and any fitness form you can think of. Many Australians take part in a
number of these hobbies, ensuring their bodies are always strong and that they
look fabulous in their bikinis or beach shorts. In Bondi itself there are

studios, walking and hiking trails. People spend good money on their favourite
exercise classes, knowing that the money is well spent. Boxing in Bondi has
become pretty popular, with classes in studio and on the beachfront. And if you
walk along the beachfront, you are going to see everything!

It is not that you have to go to a Bondi fitness
centre if you live in or close to Bondi, it is that people want to go to
Bondi fitness centres. The choice is plentiful, the vibe is always amazing, and
you are surrounded by like-minded people. Bondi is hip, it is happening, and it
is not unusual to see people walking with their yoga mats, walking with their
gym bags, walking with their boxing bag, or just walking fast! Bondi is also
filled with coffee shops and health shops and divine restaurants, and there
really is a fabulous feeling of health and wellness; a real community. If you
spend a lot of time in Bondi, or if you are lucky enough to live in Bondi, take
note of the Bondi beach fitness centres, indoor and out.
